How does the order process work?

1. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button. This places the item in your shopping cart. If you want to keep shopping, click on the "Continue Shopping" button (or click on your Back button) to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking on the "View Cart" text found at the top of every page on our web site.
2. Prior to "Checkout" take a moment to review the items in your Shopping Cart. If there are items you decide you don’t want to purchase or if you want to change the quantity of an item being purchased, you may do so by adjusting the number in the appropriate quantity field to the right of the product description, then click on "Update Cart".
   
3. When you are finished shopping, select "Checkout" at the top of any web page or from the "Shopping Cart" page. In "Checkout" you will be asked for your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, e-mail address and phone number(s). Also, there is a "Special Instructions" box where you can type in any message that you would like 4Nscale to receive. This could include that the order is a gift for a birthday, anniversary, holiday, etc. Additionally, if there are other items you would like to purchase that are not on our web site you may list them in the Special Instructions box.
4. If the information is correct, click "Submit Order". After a few seconds you will see a page confirming your order. This order confirmation will include an order number, the contents and total amount of your order including sales tax (for shipments to Georgia addresses only) and shipping charges. Additionally, we will also confirm your order by sending you an e-mail message.

If for any reason you are uncomfortable processing your transaction on-line you may also send us an order via Fax, E-mail, Regular Mail or by Phone. To use any of these other order methods see the following information.

What are my payment options?

4Nscale accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Checks, and Check Cards that are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your credit card information via our secure server which uses the latest SSL encryption technology. If your uncomfortable using your credit card over the Internet you may simply state in the "Special Instructions" box in the Checkout, "Will call in credit card information". Then you may give us a call at (678) 880-7097 with the information.

Is my credit card safe?

Yes! 4Nscale uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that encrypts all submitted information. Additionally, in the unlikely event that someone makes unauthorized charges on a credit card because of a transaction made at 4Nscale, under the Fair Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, 4NScale will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. 4Nscale will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at 4Nscale while using a secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

When are credit cards charged for an order?

Credit cards are not charged until the buyer’s items are shipped from our facility.

Does 4Nscale charge sales tax?

State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents in the state for which the company has offices. Because we are located in Georgia, only residents of Georgia will be charged sales tax.
