What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows customers to place orders for new and highly sought after products that have been announced but are not yet available by the manufacturer. Pre-Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 4Nscale makes every effort to deliver reserved items as promised, however, sometimes the manufacturer may delay or under-ship items. If this occurs we will notify you immediately via e-mail.

How do I place a pre-order?

We prefer for pre-orders to be made via our web site. To do so simply order the item you want just like you would order any other products that are available. You may also reserve items via fax, e-mail, regular mail or by phone. See "Ordering" for details.

When will I be billed for pre-orders?

We do not charge for pre-ordered items until the item has been shipped from our facility. Your credit card information is taken during the “Checkout” process so we can reserve the item for you.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

You may cancel a pre-order at anytime, just send us an e-mail with your name and address, and tell us which item(s) you would like us to cancel.

What are the shipping policies for pre-orders?

Unless we hear otherwise, once pre-ordered products are received by 4Nscale, we will automatically ship your product to you. We will review our open orders to see if you have other items on order. If you do have other orders that are ready to be shipped we will make every effort to combine orders for you in order to reduce shipping charges.
